Secondary Belt Cleaners, also known as scrapers, play a crucial role in conveyor systems. They’re specifically designed to tackle the fine residual material that lingers on the belt after it’s been through the primary cleaner. This helps keep the belt clean and ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. At Galaxy Magnetics, we take pride in our Secondary Belt Cleaners, which are popular across various industries, including mineral processing, mining, chemicals, food, steel, and recycling. They help minimize material carryback, protect equipment from damage, and enhance safety.
These cleaners work by scraping away any dust, tiny particles, and debris that might stick to the belt after the primary cleaning process. This not only reduces spillage but also lessens wear on idlers and pulleys, prevents belt mistracking, and creates a cleaner work environment—essential for uninterrupted industrial operations.
Made from top-quality polyurethane, rubber, or steel blades, along with sturdy mounting hardware, Galaxy Magnetics’ Secondary Belt Cleaners are built to last. They’re resistant to corrosion and can handle tough industrial conditions. Plus, we offer customization options like blade type, tensioning systems, mounting styles, and belt widths, so you can tailor them to fit your specific conveyor systems and operational requirements.
Designed for straightforward installation, dependable performance, and minimal maintenance, our Secondary Belt Cleaners optimize belt cleaning, boost material handling efficiency, and extend the life of your conveyor system. With a reputation for precision, durability, and effectiveness, Galaxy Magnetics’ Secondary Belt Cleaners are a high-performance, cost-effective choice for any industrial conveyor system.
