The Magnetic Roller Separator, also called a Roller Type Magnetic Separator, is a carefully designed industrial tool that removes ferrous contaminants from powders, granules, and bulk materials. Made by Galaxy Magnetics, this equipment is commonly used in the chemical, steel, plastic, mineral processing, food, and recycling industries. It helps maintain high product quality and protects downstream machinery from damage caused by metal impurities.
The separator works with high-intensity magnetic rollers that attract and capture ferrous particles as materials move over the roller surface. Its design allows for continuous separation, smooth material flow, and minimal material loss, making it suitable for medium and large-scale industrial operations. It comes in single and double roller configurations, offering flexibility for different capacities and separation needs, and provides better efficiency for heavy-duty industrial tasks.
Made with high-quality steel and strong magnetic components, Galaxy Magnetics’ roller separators are durable, resist corrosion, and can handle tough working conditions. Custom options, such as roller diameter, magnetic strength, and housing size, make it easy to fit into current production lines.
The Magnetic Roller Separator is simple to install, requires little maintenance, and offers long-lasting performance. It ensures consistent removal of ferrous materials and better product quality. Known for its efficiency, reliability, and operational performance, Galaxy Magnetics delivers a cost-effective solution for industries that need high-quality magnetic separation equipment tailored to their specific requirements.
